Biography
Dr. John J. Kopchick is a molecular biologist and professor at Ohio University’s Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is widely known for his groundbreaking work on growth hormone receptors and for co-developing Pegvisomant (Somavert), a medication used to treat acromegaly.
